nut slot depth With normal string heights for a steel stringed guitar at the 12th fret , a nut cut to same heights  For the treble strings, the strings should be just deep enough in the nut that they don't pop out when bending strings If you feel the strings  which i perceive as insane The nut length is 42mm Is that normal? did he do it on purpose? or because he had no proper nuts
